MICRO MODAL®

We are so excited to introduce the ultra-luxurious MicroModal fabric, also known as the "world's softest fiber." MicroModal is made from the pulp of beech trees, without the pesticides used on cotton, and without oil, which is used to make synthetics. MicroModal is an eco-friendly fabric and 100% biodegradable. It is cool to the touch and about 50% more hydroscopic, or water absorbent, per unit volume than cotton is. It is also more colorfast than cotton, meaning bright colors will stay bright and dark colors won't fade. MicroModal is just like Modal, only it's a step up because the fibers in MicroModal are even finer. You can recognize MicroModal from the luxurious, smooth flow of the fabric and its silky visual effect.




MODAL COTTON SPANDEX JERSEY

Our Modal Cotton Spandex Jersey is made of 48% modal, 48% cotton and 4% spandex. It has the superb strengths of modal and cotton spandex jersey. This means it's very soft, smooth and light. Like MicroModal, it is spun from beech-tree fiber, without the pesticides used on cotton, and without oil, which is used to make synthetics. An eco-friendly, 100% biodegradable fabric, it also has durability and elasticity. Modal Cotton Spandex Jersey drapes well, is extremely comfortable and keeps its shape.




MICRO JERSEY (AKA SHEER JERSEY)

Our Micro Jersey goes the extra mile in softness because it's made from 40/s extra-fine yarn and it's garment dyed. Because Micro Jersey is so soft and lightweight, it drapes beautifully on the body. It's in high demand due to the great balance between affordability and quality.




COTTON SPANDEX BABY RIB

Our Cotton Spandex Baby Rib fabric, which is one of our newer fabrics, continues to grow in popularity because of its luxurios look, feel, and resilient elasticity. Cotton Spandex Baby Rib is remarkably high in quality and perfect for those looking to enhance and improve their brand image dramatically.




COTTON SPANDEX 2x1 RIB
Our newest fabric, Cotton Spandex 2x1 Rib, was deveoped to make a unique and higher quality line of "Boy beater" and "Adukt beater" tanks. This excusive fabric has greater elesticity and durability than the prevailing, ordinary 2x1 Baby Rib. It provides a better fit because it's made with 3% spandex this gives the fabric memory. That means that no matter how many times you wash and wear our beaters, they will not lose their shape the way other brands do.




FINE JERSEY
Our 30/Single Fine Jersey is much soffer, finer, and more pliable than the conventional 18/single jersey.
The higher yarn count alsoresults in an execllent printing surface. This fabric is ideal in weight(4.5 oz / sq. yd) and it has a high quality look and hand feel. Our Fine Jersey Line is perfect for people who are looking for afforadble blanks without compromising quality.




INTERLOCK
Fine Inerlock is TQM's signature fabric. It is our best-selling line because of its super softness, excellent printing surface, strong structure, and magnificiant look and feel. Former baby rib advocates who try our Interlock garments easily make the switch to this finer, superior fabric. 40/S Single Fine Interlock is top-notch cotton, and we offer our gorgeous Inerlock line at a very compefitive price.




BABY RIB
Baby Rib has long been one of the most popular fabric in the blank t-shirt market because of its elasticity, nice hand feel, and highly perceived value. Made of extra soft 30/Single ring spun combed cotton, it is much higher in quality than the more commonly used 18/Single open end carded cotton. Customers enjoy our Baby Rib line for its easy fit and comfortable price points.




COTTON SPANDEX JERSEY
We introduce our Cotton Spandex Jersey Line several years ago and was overwhelmed by the amazing response. Using fabric made with 8% spandex means that wash offer wash. The garments retain their original shape.
